Departmental Activities

• T.W Hostels, T.W Ashram Schools – Providing of boarding, mess and other amenities to S.T children from 3rd class to 10th class.
• T.W College Hostels – Providing of boarding, mess and other amenities to S.T students studying Post-Matric courses.
• Economic Support Schemes – Providing of financial assistance to S.T’s through the banks for their livelihood.
• Best Available Schools Scheme – Providing of quality and corporate school education along with boarding, mess facilities in Private schools to S.T students.
• Pre Matric Scholarship – Sanction of Pre-Matric Scholarship to S.T students studying up to 10th class.
• Post Matric Scholarship – Sanction of scholarship and fees to the S.T students studying Post-Matric courses.
• Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi – Financial assistance for ST Students for pursuing higher studies abroad.
• Youth Training Center – Conducting of trainings to S.T un-employed.
• Driver empowerment scheme – Providing of financial assistance S.T’s who were having Four wheeler driving license along with batch number with the co-ordination of UBER company.
• Gudumba effected persons rehabilitation sanction of financial assistance
• Santhsevalal Jayanthi – Celebration of Sri Santh Sevalal Jayanthi on 15th February of every year.
• Incentive Inter Caste Marriage Couple Scheme – Incentive Inter Caste Marriage Scheme, the ST Caste Person married Other Caste Person provide incentive award for this Couples Rs.50,000/- per Couple
• Text Books, Note Books, Uniforms and Health Kits distributed to all the ashram & hostel Students.

SCHEMES

BEST AVAILABLE SCHOOL SCHEME: (BAS)

• Best available schools scheme for poor students admissions in to 3rd , 5th,& 8th class in selected corporate & private schools selected through lottery system.
• The Govt. has introduced a scheme in Tribal Welfare Department to provide corporate school education to the poor children of illiterate ST families duly sanctioning corporate fees i.e. Rs.30,000/- per annum per student

HYDERABAD PUBLIC SCHOOL SCHEME : (HPS)

• hyderabad public schools scheme for poor students admissions in to 1st class selected through lottery system

AMBEDKAR OVERSEAS VIDYA NIDHI :-

• Financial assistance for ST Students for pursuing higher studies abroad.

CORPORATE COLLEGE:-

• Under this scheme S.T students will be admitted in Corporate college selected by the District Collector/Chairman and provided with boarding and mess facilities.

SANT SATHGURU Sri Sri SEVALAL MAHARAJ JAYANTHI :-

• Sant Satguru Sri Sevalal Maharaj or Sevalal or Sevabhaya is the most important saint of the Banjaras. He is spiritual leader of Banjara community who was instrumental in bringing several reforms and worked hard for the upliftment of Banjaras. Celebration of Sri Sant Sevalal Maharaj Jayanthi on 15th February of every year.

Incentive Inter Caste Marriage Couples Scheme :

• Incentive Inter Caste Marriage Scheme, the ST Caste Person married Other Caste Person provide incentive award for this Couples Rs. 50,000/- per Couple.

POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIPS

• Under this scheme mess charges(MTF) and fees(RTF) will be sanctioned to S.T students studying in Post-Matric courses in various management colleges in the district.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students who belong to the categories of Lambada, Chenchu, Yerkelas students whose parental Income is Rs.1,50,000=00 for Rural and Rs.2,00,000=00 for Urban Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each quarter.

MTF:-

• Maintenance of Fees/ Mess Charges the amount shall be deposited in the students account.

RTF: –

• Reimbursement of Tuition Fee the amount shall be deposited in the Principal/ College account concerned. Applications are called for through E-Pass Telangana, Scholarship Scheme from Class Intermediate to PG level.
