13. Mahalaxmi Scheme:
The Telangana government launched on 27.02.2024. The Mahalakshmi scheme to empower women of below-poverty level categories. Any woman in Telangana irrespective of her caste can apply for this scheme. Under this scheme, the woman head of a family can receive a monthly assistance and cooking benefits. Under this scheme, eligible families receive LPG gas cylinders at Rs.500/- per cylinder as on today.

14. Welfare Hostels – Allotment of Sannabiyyam Under Midday Meals scheme:
The Government has started introduced a scheme in March -2015 to supply Nutritious food, i.e Sannabiyyam to the students of Govt, Hostels and Govt, Schools . Since the of suryapet district, a total of 242.229 Metric Tonnes per month Sannabiyyam has been allotted to Govt, Hostels and 98.643 Metric tones of Sannabiyyam has been allotted to 1410 Govt Schools. The Government is specifying a total of 1.55 Crores per month and 18.67 Crores per year, for the Smooth running of this Scheme.
