Date : 23/09/2018 - |

Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), also known as the National Health Protection Mission, is a government-funded health insurance scheme in India that aims to provide free access to healthcare services for vulnerable families. It offers a health cover of up to ₹5,00,000 per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization, covering approximately 50 crore beneficiaries.
